At Archie Lloyds, we’re committed to delivering premium quality hair extensions you can trust. Our 180-Day Quality Guarantee provides an automatic extended warranty when you purchase and use our recommended Archie Lloyds Haircare range alongside your chosen hair extensions.

This guarantee gives you complete peace of mind — if any genuine manufacturing fault develops, we’ll make it right. While no hair product is completely indestructible, we promise that if an unexpected issue arises, we’ll ensure a fair and swift resolution.

How to Qualify for the Archie Lloyds 180-Day Guarantee

Your extended guarantee will be activated automatically when:

  • Your Archie Lloyds Haircare products are purchased either at the same time as your hair extensions or within 7 days of your original hair extension order, and

  • The hair extensions are professionally fitted by a certified or qualified hair extension specialist.

To maintain your coverage, the following products must be purchased and used within the 180-day period from your original hair extension purchase:

  • Approximately 1L of shampoo

  • Approximately 1L of conditioner

  • 100ml of hair oil

Proof of purchase is required for both your hair extensions and your Archie Lloyds Haircare products.

What’s Covered

The Archie Lloyds 180-Day Quality Guarantee covers the following manufacturing faults or defects:

  • Dryness

  • Tangling or Matting

  • Breakage or Shedding

  • Tip Breakdown

  • Tape Adhesive Issues

  • Premature Colour Fading*

  • Faulty Materials or Workmanship

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your hair extensions have developed a manufacturing fault within 180 days:

  1. Email customercare@archielloydshairextensions.com within 180 days of purchase to report the issue.

  2. We’ll send you a Hair Report Form, which must be completed and returned within 7 days.

  3. If requested, remove and return all the hair extensions within 14 days of our request.

  4. Our team will inspect and test the hair to confirm whether a manufacturing defect is present.

  5. Once assessed, we’ll contact you with our findings and the proposed resolution.

Resolution Options

If your extensions are confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will — at our discretion — repair, replace, or refund the affected products via credit note or refund to your original payment method.
We’ll also refund your return postage costs.

Please note that fitting, removal, reapplication, or diagnostic costs are not covered under this guarantee.

What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Damage from colouring, toning, or use of products with colourants

  • Heat damage

  • Discolouration from chlorine, hard water, or unsuitable products

  • Colour fading beyond the initial 7 days*

  • Incorrect application or failure to follow aftercare guidance

  • Damage from failure to follow manufacturer or stylist instructions

Guarantee Conditions

To remain eligible for coverage under the 180-Day Guarantee, the following must apply:

  • Hair must be fitted by a certified or qualified hair extensionist using the correct application method.

  • Archie Lloyds Haircare products must be purchased either with your extensions or within 7 days of your order, and used exclusively for aftercare.

  • All aftercare and maintenance advice must be followed.

  • Regular maintenance appointments must be carried out.

  • The correct and recommended quantity of haircare must be purchased and used.

*Colour fading will only be considered a manufacturing fault if it occurs within 7 days of purchase, and no other haircare products have been used.
