Reporting Issues:

Email concerns to Customer Service at alhairextensions@outlook.com within 30 days of receipt.

Returns & Refunds:

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy in full.

We do not offer refunds on any custom products.

Returns for Testing:

Hair returned for quality testing must include original proof of purchase for extensions and aftercare

Must be approved by Quality Control and accompanied by correct paperwork.

Failure to provide paperwork within 91 days will result in destruction of goods.

Alterations:

Any colouring, toning, or altering (including using silver/purple shampoos) voids the warranty.

Hair must be returned in original colour and format.

Faults and Damages:

Deterioration due to poor management, heat damage, incorrect aftercare, or poor application is not covered.

Goods will be returned at customer’s cost if no fault is found or hair is damaged/altered.

 

Complaint Processing:

Return hair within 7 days of complaint approval for examination, which can take up to 14 days.

Refund or replacement issued if a fault is found.

No refunds or replacements until original hair is returned and tested.

Customer Responsibility:

Goods remain the customer's responsibility until received by Archie Lloyd's.

Proper packaging is required to avoid transit damage.

"In Dispute" items (outside the Returns Policy) will not be refunded or exchanged and can be destroyed after 91 days unless re-shipped at customer’s cost.

On-Site Course Cancellations:

To secure your spot in our on-site courses, full payment is required one week prior to the course start date. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations or transfers are not permitted with less than 72 hours' notice. You may reschedule your course up to three times.

We understand that unexpected personal incidents can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Additional Expenses:

Archie Lloyd's is not responsible for additional expenses such as removal or re-application costs.

Professional application and removal are recommended to prevent damage.
