FAQs
How would you describe the quality of the hair?
Our hair extensions are handcrafted with care, using the premium cuticle correct, double drawn hair. Our hair is the highest quality Russian hair extensions, that you'll only find at Thathair. It's lighter, softer, and more durable, sharing a remarkable 98% similarity with real hair.Enjoy a comfortable, lightweight feel with added length and volume for a touch of everyday luxury!
How can I get the perfect colour match?
Don't worry, we’ve got you! Take advantage of our complimentary colour-matching service by sending us a few pictures of your hair, and our hair team will help identify the perfect shade.
What if I Select the wrong shade?
In the rare event that the selected colour isn't an exact match, enjoy hassle-free exchanges by sending back to our HQ.Your extensions must remain in the condition sent out and unopened. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're going the extra mile to make sure you are delighted.
Are they safe to wash with shampoo & conditioner?
Absolutely!
Here are a few pro tips:
- To keep your hair extensions in tip-top shape, use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Shop our Aftercare Range
- Gently brush before washing to minimise the risk of knots and tangles.
- Always dry your hair thoroughly to keep your hair in the best shape!
Can these hair extensions damage my own hair?
This is a common misconception, and we are so glad you asked!
Hair extensions do not cause damage to your own hair- what can is not following the correct aftercare & a bad fitting.
If you would like more information, please see our Aftercare Guide on how to look after your extensions or contact our team to ask any questions!
Can I style extensions with heat tools?
Feel free to use your hairdryer, straighteners, and curling wands on your halo extensions to create a range of fabulous looks. Yet, keep in mind, just like your own hair, using less heat is better to keep it pristine. We recommend to not exceed 180 degrees.
