How is the training sent to me?
Once you have signed up for one of our courses, we will send out your kit, timeframe will depend on where you are in the world.
Once you have received your kit we will send training videos via WhatsApp or Email (whichever is better for you)
Am I in contact with an educator?
Of course!
You have 24/7 support from our education team. We can contact via WhatsApp messaging or email.
Please be aware we are UK based so many not reply ASAP during certain hours.
Is the course insurance approved?
Yes, our course is insurance approved. We will also recommend insurance companies for you to use once you have completed your course.
Is the kit included in the price?
Yes, your kit & certification are included in the price of the course.
Your kit will be posted to you once your order is complete.
How do I know I am doing it right?
We recommend praciticing on your dolls head provided in your kit and to follow along with our in-depth training videos.
Once you are happy with fitting on the dolls head we recommend fitting on a model to ensure further confidence.
We will ask you to send photos and videos of your training to ensure you are competent with your fitting.
Can I do it at my own pace?
There is no time frame for online training. We understand we are all extremely busy, we are here throughout your whole journey.
How do I get my certification?
Once our educator is happy with your fittings and you feel confident, we will send out your certification via email and/or post.
